Terms and Conditions
1. Programme Overview
The Icarus Manoeuvre is a 12-week live online leadership programme delivered by McCann Corporate Advisory. The programme includes weekly live sessions, course materials, and ongoing support as described on the website.
2. Payment and Pricing
The programme fee is £997 (plus VAT at the applicable rate) or £797 (plus VAT at the applicable rate) for Early Bird places. Payment is processed securely via Stripe at the time of enrolment. All prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
If you cancel your place more than 14 days before the programme start date, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations between 14 and 7 days before the start date will receive a 50% refund. No refunds are available for cancellations within 7 days of the programme start date or once the programme has begun.
4. Programme Delivery
The programme is delivered live via online video conferencing. Session recordings may be made available to participants who are unable to attend live, but live attendance is strongly encouraged. We reserve the right to reschedule individual sessions with reasonable notice.
5. Intellectual Property
All programme materials, including presentations, worksheets, and resources, are the intellectual property of McCann Corporate Advisory. Participants receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use these materials for their own professional development. Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.
6. Confidentiality
Participants may share personal or sensitive information during programme sessions. All participants agree to maintain confidentiality and not disclose information shared by others outside the programme without consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
McCann Corporate Advisory's liability is limited to the amount paid for the programme. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in the programme.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
